Mark your calendars now for the
on Saturday, May 19, 2012.
This year’s event will once again be a charity event benefitting
Nelson Children’s Ministries.
A registration form is attached (in two different formats).
The fee this year will be $35 per person which will provide
a custom event t-shirt and a catered BBQ dinner
(including your choice of 3 meats, potato salad,
coleslaw, beans and a dessert)
Please note that registration forms and payment are due
no later than Sunday, April 29th
(I have to give the t-shirt guy plenty of time to print the shirts.)
We will all gather at a specified location (to be determined later) and
ride out there as a group. I’m sure there will be some 4-wheelers going, too,
which will help in hauling lawn chairs and coolers.
Invite your friends and let’s have some fun,
eat some good food, tell some tall tales, and raise some money for a good cause.
